left lower lobe:

Patient had a malignant neoplasm of left lower lobe, s/p lobectomy with positive vascular margin on nodal tissue, whom we treated with postoperative chemoradiation therapy.  Initially we delivered 50Gy in 25 fractions followed by 10Gy in 5 fractions.

Sum IMRT plan to 60Gy

Composite DVH to 60Gy
